We need an ambitious, responsible, detail orientated and self motivated, with an ability to handle pressure to fill the following vacancy that exists in the PROPERTY DEPARTMENT.
The successful candidate should have the following:
Matric with Math’s and Accountancy /Economics
Strong Knowledge of MS Office Excel with working knowledge of MS Outlook and Word
General Office administration
Strong Communication Skills (verbal & written at all levels)
Work well under pressure –deadline driven
Positive and decisive attitude
Has initiative and is pro active
Administer a portfolio of rental and electricity payments
Reconcile accounts & follow-up with Landlords/managing /agents)
Office Administration to include MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
Meet deadlines - strong time management
Ability to multitask
Suitable tertiary qualification an advantage
Creditor’s experience preferably in the Retail industry
MCBA an advantage
