We need an ambitious, responsible, detail orientated and self-motivated, with an ability to handle pressure to fill the following vacancy that exists in the PROPERTY DEPARTMENT as a Property Administrator - Cape Town

Essential Attributes

  • Matric with Maths or Accountancy /Economics 
  • Knowledge of MS  Office ( Outlook, Word  & Excel)
  • General Office administration
  • Strong Communication Skills (verbal & written at all levels)  
  • Work well under pressure –deadline-driven 
  • Team player
  • Positive attitude
     

Key Functions

  • General Administration 
  • Administer  a portfolio of  rental and electricity payments 
  • Reconcile accounts & follow-up with Landlords/managing /agents)
  • Office Administration to include MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) 
  • Meet deadlines 
  • Telephone ethics
  • Accounts Processing

Advantageous

  • Suitable tertiary qualification an advantage  
  • Analytical Thinker
  • Creditor’s experience preferably in the Retail industry
  • Accounts knowledge
  • MCBA an advantage
