Minimum Requirements & Experience:
- Matric
- 1-year experience in general Administration
- Computer literate MS office (Excel, Word & Outlook), Excel – intermediate level
- Advanced Excel with good knowledge of formulas
Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Post -collecting of boxes
- Post unpacking & distributing
- Capturing supplier invoices
- Stationary orders
- Telephonic queries
- Daily Merge
- Acceptance reports weekly
- Printing invoices
- Stock take follow up on bonding stock
- Filling
- Ad-hoc duties Processing of Inventory invoices
- Following-up and resolving Inventory queries
- Compiling and distributing of weekly/monthly reports
- Assisting stores with various requests
- Unpacking/distributing company post
- Any ad-hoc functions given
